Intermech provided construction services to replace the HVAC, structural support, and piping systems in the Chobani screening building, which is nearly one million square feet. We worked closely with other subcontractors and the owner to provide a seamless installation with limited disruptions to operations.

Client Objectives

Chobani had outgrown the City of Twin Falls’ current wastewater infrastructure and needed a new one.


Intermech provided fabrication and installation of the following services and systems:

    • Domestic water (hot and cold), hot water return, compressed air, process sewer, and venting

    • Relocation of existing sump pump
    • Insulation
